Please check with your insurance provider regarding the coverage they provide for “out of network” coverage. FRC will provide documentation for you to file your claim directly with your insurance provider.

- A mental diagnosis will remain on your insurance records and may need to be explained to maintain your security clearance or potential future clearances.
